I have experienced A LOT this 10 months.
I've been through an emotional joyride
-- breaking down, regaining my composure, and again, breaking down..
And with those experience, I learned a lot more.

I learned not to rely on anyone, but myself.
I learned not to trust too fast.
.. and learned not to fully open up myself.
... to at least build walls around me
not allowing anyone else to make me nor break me.

I may seem talkative and open,
the fact that I have kept my life an open book
since I have been blogging about it for ages.
But that's all people can get from me.
I am good making people see that they've known me enough,
but better keeping everything else within me,
without anybody knowing.

Oh, I don't think I'm going anywhere..

The thing is,
I have been lied to and cheated on..
Of course, I'm always willing to forgive.
Well, I have already done my part and forgave.
But I won't ever forget.
That's why I still don't want to risk anything, just yet.
It will take some time to partly regain my trust,
as I'm not about to give it wholly again.

As of now, I am not hanging on, nor am I hoping.
We're still far to what we're once before.
I'm not the same girl anymore.
